RAISING ASPIRATIONS AT BLACKTOWN NORTH PUBLIC SCHOOL

Schools Industry Partnership, Adrian Rhodes

ITF Australia held another successful What’s My Line event, this time at Blacktown North Public School. Over 80 enthusiastic Year 5 & 6 students engaged in questioning eight amazing volunteers to try and guess what their occupations were.

The school leadership team was delighted with the level of engagement of their students as they learned that any job can be done by both males and females and gained an understanding of career learning pathways that could influence their future study choices.

Huge thanks to our volunteers for their time & enthusiasm: Ikavuka from Goodstart Early Learning, Irina, Melinda and Amber from Transport for NSW, Claire Howells from Urban Core Construction, Percy from Centrum Printing, Annie from Starry Arts and Georgia from NSW Police at Blacktown.

Thanks also to NSW Department of Education's Skills and Pathways team for their financial support.
