Following from the Year 10 students visiting the Western Sydney Expo last week, the industry networking event was an impactful event to reinforce a 'Future mind-set' and expand the students' future occupational options.

26 motivated industry volunteers engaged with students to share their career stories and occupational insights. Our mission to broaden the career aspirations of young Australians was clearly in action. The smorgasbord of industries represented was varied and eye opening for the students.

Industries represented included: Public Relations, Law, Medical Research, Management Consulting, Information Technology, Advertising, Academia, Engineering, Work Health and Safety, Allied Health, Policing, Firefighting, Science and Innovation, Construction, Project Management, Trades and Youth Services and Financial Services.
